Declaration Form for 2024/2025 CLEARED ECR and CLEARED SGC

This is to request all the cleared ECR and all cleared SGC to download the attached form for the declaration of compliance with the 2024/2025 electoral Code of conduct and return the dully filled form to the dean of students on Tuesday the 22^nd of October 2024 by 4pm .
