NOTICE

ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES

All graduates of the 11^thCongregation for the conferment of degrees at South Eastern Kenya University, held on 31^th October,2024, are informed that issuing of certificates  will be as follows;-

1.  MONDAY, 11^TH NOVEMBER –WEDNESDAY, 13^TH NOVEMBER, 2024

   1) ALL DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY AND MASTERS DEGREE CERTIFICATES.

   2) DIPLOMA CERTIFICATES

   3) BACHELORS CERTIFICATES FOR:

         1) School of Health Sciences

         2) School of Agriculture Environment, Water and Natural Resources

2. THURSDAY, 14^TH NOVEMBER- MONDAY, 18^TH NOVEMBER, 2024.

    BACHELORS CERTIFICATES FOR:

• School of Science and Computing
• School of Humanities and Social Science.

3. TUESDAY, 19^TH NOVEMBER - THURSDAY, 21^ST NOVEMBER, 2024.

    BACHELORS CERTIFICATES FOR:

    BACHELORS CERTIFICATES FOR:

5. THURSDAY, 28^TH NOVEMBER, - FRIDAY, 06^TH DECEMBER, 2024

     BACHELORS CERTIFICATES FOR:

1) School of Education               (BED ARTS)

Please note the following:

1) Certificates will be issued from 8.30a.m to 4.00 p.m.

2) The requirements for collection of certificates are:

• Original National Identity Card (ID card) and a copy.
• Student original clearance form.
• Graduation fee payment receipt
• Graduands clearance form for Academic gown.

3) Any certificate not collected by WEDNESDAY, 30^th April, 2025 will be liable to a storage charge of Kshs. 1,000/= for the first year. Subsequent years will attract an additional charge of Kshs. 500/= per year.
