All graduates of the 13^th Congregation for the conferment of degrees at South Eastern Kenya University, held on 30^th, October, 2026, are informed that issuing of certificates will be as follows;-

1.  TUESDAY, 10^TH NOVEMBER – FRIDAY, 13^TH NOVEMBER, 2026

1) ALL DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY AND MASTERS DEGREE CERTIFICATES.

2) BACHELORS CERTIFICATES FOR:

1. School of Business and Economics

Please note the following:

1) Certificates will be issued from 8.30a.m to 4.00 p.m.

2) The requirements for collection of certificates are:

• Original National Identity Card (ID card) and a copy.
• Student original clearance form.
• Graduation fee payment receipt
• Graduands clearance form for Academic gown.

3) Any certificate not collected by FRIDAY, 30^th April, 2027 will be liable to a storage charge of Kshs. 1,000/= for the first year. Subsequent years will attract an additional charge of Kshs. 500/= per year.

4) All TVET students will be communicated to, when to Collect Their Certificates.
