The training brought together university leaders for an engaging and insightful experience focused on strengthening leadership capacity and enhancing institutional performance. The programme provided a valuable platform for learning, reflection, and strategic engagement, all aimed at fostering effective governance and forward-thinking leadership within the University.
Key thematic areas covered during the training included strategy and transformation, effective leadership for performance improvement, team leadership, corporate branding, leadership commitment, diversity and inequality, as well as action planning.
